1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Chicken Road's services, website, events, or any affiliated services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our Services.

2. Event Participation

When participating in Chicken Road events, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You will follow all instructions provided by our staff and performers
• You will wear provided costumes and accessories as intended
• You will not damage, deface, or steal any props, costumes, or set pieces
• You will interact with other participants and performers respectfully
• You will not engage in disruptive, dangerous, or inappropriate behavior
• You understand that Chicken Road reserves the right to remove any participant who violates these guidelines without refund

3. Age Restrictions

Different Chicken Road events have different age restrictions:

• Family events: Open to all ages. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult
• Teen events: Participants must be 13-17 years old. Parental consent required
• Adult events: Participants must be 18 or older. Valid ID may be required
• 21+ events: Participants must be 21 or older. Valid ID required

Chicken Road reserves the right to verify age and refuse entry to anyone who cannot provide acceptable proof of age for age-restricted events.

4. Booking and Cancellation

When booking Chicken Road events:

• All bookings are final once confirmed
• Cancellations made 14+ days before the event date: Full refund minus processing fee
• Cancellations made 7-13 days before the event date: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event date: No refund
• In the event that Chicken Road cancels an event, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their booking to another event date

5. Photography and Recording

By participating in Chicken Road events, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Chicken Road may photograph and record events for promotional purposes
• Your image and voice may appear in these materials
• You grant Chicken Road permission to use these materials in marketing, social media, and other promotional channels
• Personal photography is permitted in designated areas only
• Video recording is prohibited unless specifically authorized
• Any photography or recording must not disrupt the event experience for other participants

6. Health and Safety

For your safety and the safety of others:

• You must disclose any relevant health conditions that might affect your participation
• You should not participate if you have any contagious illness
• You must follow all health and safety guidelines provided
• Chicken Road events may involve physical activity; participation is at your own risk
• In case of emergency, follow staff instructions promptly

7. Website Use

When using the Chicken Road website:

• You will not attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the site
• You will not use automated means to access or scrape content
• You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to restricted areas
• You will not introduce malicious code or attempt to compromise security
• You acknowledge that content is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws

8. Limitation of Liability

Chicken Road and its staff will not be liable for:

• Personal injury during participation unless caused by our negligence
• Loss or damage to personal property
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
• Disruptions or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for your participation in the relevant event.

10. Modifications to Terms

Chicken Road reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our Services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of California.
